Mixed IP means the account was created through a rotating mix of IP locations — this is the most versatile option and works well for general use.

Regional IP means the account was created exclusively through IPs from a single country, such as Pakistan, Japan, USA, Malaysia, Canada, Taiwan, Korea, Germany, or Hong Kong. Regional IPs are useful when you need the account to appear geographically consistent for a specific audience or platform.

Yes. Most of our Instagram and Threads accounts come with a profile picture and clean profile setup, making them look authentic from day one. Some listings specify "female profile" or "mixed gender profiles" — check the product description to see which fits your use case.

As soon as you receive a PVA account, do the following immediately:

• Change the password to something strong and unique
• Re-bind the 2FA key to your own authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
• If email access is included, change the email password as well
• Add or update recovery information on the account

This locks the account to you and eliminates any chance of the seller regaining access. It takes less than five minutes.

Non-functional accounts are covered by our replacement guarantee within the warranty period. If an account stops working shortly after purchase due to a defect on our end (not user misuse), simply contact our support team via WhatsApp or Telegram with your order details and a description of the issue. We will verify the problem and replace the account at no additional cost.

Yes. All of our PVA accounts that have 2FA enabled include the 2FA secret key in the delivery, so you can generate your own login codes on your own device. If a listing does not mention 2FA, the account does not have it enabled — but you can always enable it yourself after purchase.
